Athletic and Coaching Background: As a former college football player and coach, I learned the value of teamwork, discipline, personal accountability, sacrifice, delayed gratification, and strategic thinking. My time on the field not only honed my athletic abilities but also instilled in me a relentless drive to excel in everything I pursue. As a staff member on a bowl winning, Division-I college football program, I developed a keen understanding of the importance of talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. Learning how to identify, attain, nurture, and retain exceptional talent during my coaching days helped pave the way for my endeavors in the business world.
Finance Industry Excellence: My journey into the finance industry led me to Morgan Keegan (now Raymond James Financial), where I rose to prominence as a Financial Advisor. I earned recognition winning the firm's Rising Star Award, showcasing my ability to successfully transition my talents and core competencies from one industry to another at a very high level. Holding FINRA series 7, 63, and 65 licenses; I demonstrated my commitment to continued learning and the delivery of sound financial advice to my clients. Furthermore, my competitive DNA and persistent pursuit of excellence helped me navigate the financial landscape with precision and expertise. This resulted in long lasting client relationships that are still in place to this day.
Executive Strategic Contract Negotiator: My transition into Strategic Negotiations and Opportunity Management proved to be another milestone in my career. For 15 years, I have achieved remarkable success and garnered multiple prestigious accolades across multiple roles, including but not limited to sales, sales leadership, risk management, strategic negotiations, and contract executions. My unwavering dedication to providing cutting-edge solutions and service earned me a reputation as a leader who brings out the best in their team, and a reputation for being a trusted professional clients could count on day or night, no matter how large the challenge. My innovative approach, sharp business acumen, C-Suite relationships, ability to recruit talent, track record of success across multiple industries, and knack for delivering consistent over achievement has positioned me as a highly sought-after asset to my clients.
